Taking inspiration for its name from the home town where it is based – Lyon; Lion Racing is owned by Patrick Folleas and competes across Europe with a distinctive yellow MAN TGS 18-480 truck.
The team is managed by Jonathan André and the engineering is taken care of by Pascal Calas.
In 2015 Anthony Janiec finished 8th in the ETRC, which included taking a memorable win on home ground at Nogaro last June.
2016 saw Janiec finish sixth in the FIA ETRC with many fine performances, the best of which was a victory at Jarama.
Last season Janiec competed in just the Nurburgring rounds but saw success with a third and second place finish.
